My hair is extremely dry. It is should length so I can look at my hair and see white weak spots in my hair that breaks and split ends are formed. What can I do to help repair and stop from continuing?

First I suggest you have all of the split ends removed. I would even go
a little higher then the split end point. Reason being because you keep
getting them. Next, you need to shampoo your hair with a Moisture
Retention Shampoo and Conditioner. I suggest Hairobics. After
shampooing and conditioning, I suggest using a protective bodifier. You
can try Protective Mist Bodifier by Black Earth products. This product
puts moisture in your hair and protects it when you blow dry or hot
curl. Try not to shampoo your hair too often; once every 2 weeks is
enough. Also, if you are doing your hair yourself, you may want to seek
the assistance with a professional.
