My daughter hair is at some type of stand still she is twelve years old and it will not grow she has a perm curently but it grew better when she was smaller without the perm what should i do to get her hair to grow?

Twelve, in my opinion is too young for a child to have a relaxer. The
amount of time she has had her relaxer plays a part in how her hair
continues to grow. I suggest giving her a break from the relaxer by
either pressing the new growth or wearing braids. Make sure whoever
presses her hair is a professional so they do not singe or burn her
hair. If she has it braided, the same should apply, find a professional
licensed braider that does not braid too tight. Use Hairobics Hair and
Scalp Booster on her scalp only. This will assist in the growth and
health of her hair. Peace.
