You were very smart to stop with the chemicals and go to braids. The thing is you have to be very careful as to the type of braids you put in. If they are micros then that can cause more damage to your hair line. I suggest undetectable cornrows. That will make your hairline stronger. I also suggest using Hairobics Hair and Scalp Booster for the scalp. This will assist in the growth of the hairline. Peace
